RETURNS &
SHIPPING

RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.
HOW TO RETURN
Email contact@shopascendr.com with:

· Your order number
· The item(s) you want to return
· Reason for return

We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions. Do not ship items back without authorization.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or item.
FINAL SALE
Digital products (film, book, album) are non-refundable once access has been granted.

Any items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
SHIPPING — DOMESTIC (US)
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
SHIPPING — INTERNATIONAL
International shipping is available to select countries.
Estimated delivery: 10–21 business days after dispatch.

Customs fees, import duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. ASCENDR is not liable for delays caused by customs processing.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, email contact@shopascendr.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We will make it right at no cost to you.
